DR. REED LAYNE

Dr. Layne grew up in Charleston, West Virginia where his grandfather was a dentist for 30 years. He went to his grandfather’s basement for check ups throughout his younger life and developed a passion for becoming a dentist. He graduated Magna Cum Laude as a Biology major from West Virginia University. He then attended West Virginia School of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 2008.

Dr. Layne devotes himself to continuing education and has received advanced training in many aspects of dentistry. He enjoys improving smiles while maintaining an honest and comprehensive approach to oral healthcare. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the North Carolina Dental Society, and participates in the Spear Education curriculum.

Dr. Layne served in the Chicago area for twelve and a half years prior to relocating to North Carolina to be closer to family and enjoy the beautiful state. He has been happily married for four years and enjoys hiking, biking, sports, and spending time with family, friends, and his family’s two dogs.
